4 of us stopped in for a late-ish quick bite and ended up ordering 6 items because there were so many tasty items to choose from.
We had two different types of tacos, both were great, cod fritters (more fritter than cod) were crunchy and tasty and the seared peppers were amazing...everything was gobbled up even though we had just eaten a couple of hours before. -

Grabbed a seat at the bar in the back, nice atmosphere and not packed at all. Burger was fantastic, very juicy (but slightly greasy). If I ever come back it would be for the burger. Crispy alligator also lived up to the hype - was presented by the very gracious head chef which was nice. Cocktails were above average, can see the effort put into it by the bartender.
But the service...wow. The backroom had five people at the bar, and about 4-6 people seated at tables. It was consistently 15-20 minutes between getting attention from the bartender. Understand he's mixing drinks for the restaurant, and understand he wants to chat with a patron about mixology, but he took so long I lost my appetite for additional drinks after the first. My fiance and I were long ready for our second drink; he took her order, and then proceeded to go back to chatting with his friend (without following up with me). I did interrupt his conversation once, and I almost felt bad about it. Not a good experience overall. -

Really great food but the service was just terrible. We were done our cocktails (which were sub-par) and asked for wine instead as it is safer. Anyway, the server took forever to even address us we had to actively wave him down every time we needed anything as he just never stopped by or checked in. I just can't get over the poor service. Luckily the manager (or who I assume was the manager) stepped up but if I am being totally honest he seemed to be the only person with any initiative, if it wasn't for him I may have considered a 1 star.
The burger was great though so if you don't care about service and just want a good burger than this place might be for you. -

Great late night spot- arrived around 8:30/9pm on a Thursday and it was pretty busy. We got a table towards back and ordered sliders and the brie bites! Great to share- everything came out hot and flavorful. Wasn't the best slider I ever had but was perfect to share. The brie bites were delicious!! If you love baked brie or brie you MUST try it! I'd recommend since the location is great and the food was pretty good!

This is the hidden gem of flatiron. Perfect spot for a fun, cheap happy hour if you're looking to catch up with friends, go on a date, or just enjoy a drink alone at the bar. Wine is 7 and beer is 5 before during happy hour during the weekdays and they have cute tables, a couch and bar stools. The service is prompt despite almost always being busy, which I appreciate. I've finally found my go-to bar in flatiron. Yay Bo's!
